Biography
My educational background includes a BSc in kinesiology, a certificate in gerontology, and a diploma in massage therapy. I would consider myself a lifelong learner who has focused on the study of the human body and ways to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I am always looking for ways to add to my current skill set and strive to be proficient in a variety of techniques in order to offer clients a well-rounded approach to treatment.

Clients are aware that I take my profession seriously but I like to have fun while I'm doing it. I can provide a relaxing environment if that is the style of treatment you prefer or if you're looking to chat while I work on improving your physical wellbeing, I am more than happy to do that as well.

In my spare time I like to be outside on nice days going for walks, skating, camping, or participating in recreational sports.
